TERMS OF SALE/SHIPPING
1) Canadian orders shipped F.O.B Mississauga, ON
US orders shipped F.O.B Niagara Falls, NY
2) All orders are charged for shipping, handling and
appropriate tax
3) Drop Shipments $10.00 for each destination after the first,
plus shipping charges. Complete details, including Postal
Codes and phone numbers to be supplied in Excel (.xls)
format. If details are not supplied in Excel format, Drop Ship
Charge will be $15.00 each, plus shipping charges and tax.
4) Our normal method of shipping is UPS, if you prefer we can
use your preferred courier – please supply the name of courier
and your account number.
5) Canadian Spirit is not responsible for shipping delays due
to technical difficulties or other circumstances beyond our
control.
6) Deliveries must be inspected upon receipt, any shortages or
damage must be reported within 48 hours.
7) Unclaimed, undeliverable or refused orders will be charged
a 35% restocking fee and freight. If Canadian Spirit has to re
ship or redirect the order a $15.00 handling fee plus shipping
charges will apply.
DELIVERY
1) Chemical Milled Medallions
a) New tooling: 3 to 4 weeks from approved graphics.
b) Repeat orders from existing tooling: 2 to 3 weeks.
2) Laser Engraving: 2 weeks
ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
CSI will issue an acknowledgement for each order. It is
imperative that the distributor review the acknowledgement
for delivery information, pricing and order quantity, etc. It is
the responsibility of the distributor to ensure the accuracy
in these areas otherwise future changes will be billed
accordingly and may result in delays. Corrections should be
made on the acknowledgement and faxed back to CSI. No
verbal corrections will be accepted.
Once the acknowledgement has been approved, any changes
to the order i.e. added on items must be submitted on a new
order.
REPAIRS/RETURNS
Any defective item or product requiring repair should be
properly packaged and returned with a brief note describing
the problem.The package must be shipped prepaid to CSI. If
the item is covered under warranty the return shipping will be
paid by CSI. Refer to replacement parts for charges on items
not covered under warranty.All returns or repairs must have a
RA#. Please contact your customer service representative.
NOTE Items manufactured in Leather have distinguishing
marks such as scratches and wrinkles which add to its natural
beauty and attest to its genuine character.These distinctive
characteristics are not considered defects.
Crystal items: minor variations in clarity and color can occur.
Occasional air bubbles, chill marks or flow lines are inevitable,
especially in molded or blown crystal products. Such minor
variations are not considered defects.
Merchandise returned NOT due to Manufacturer’s defects:
Restocking Charge of 35% will apply.
Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been used,
altered (i.e. engraved items, items resized, crystal/glassware,
etc,) or damaged by the customer.
FASHION JEWELRY
Items manufactured in Sterling Silver may tarnish. A Sterling
Silver jewelry cleaner can be used to clean your jewelry.
Sterling Silver Rings cannot be resized and are only available
in the sizes indicated for each ring.
Due to the rising price of world gold, items manufactured in
10k or 14k Gold are subject to price changes. Pricing subject
to change without notice.

Note rings can only be sized up or down 1 size.
SAMPLE POLICY
Random samples are available for client presentations at list
end column pricing less 60%.Art prints and fashion jewelry
end cloumn less 40%. Written PO required. Note If the
random sample is returned within 30 days in the exact same
condition as received the full amount, less shipping charges,
will be credited. Charges will apply on any goods that are
returned back to us that have been damaged due to improper
handling; this will also include damaged gift boxes.
Prototype spec samples with your client’s logo are available
at list end column pricing less 60%.Tooling charges will be
invoiced upon receipt of order. Custom samples cannot be
returned for credit.

ARTWORK
1) CSI requires camera ready artwork in hard copy or
computer generated. If computer generated artwork is
provided, please submit as follows:
GRAPHIC IMAGES FOR ETCH MEDALLIONS
For either PC or Apple computers supply as a vector (outline
file as .ai, .eps, .pdf.Adobe Illustrator version 8 or earlier
preferred .ai, .eps or .pdf. Supply with all text converted to
outlines, paths or curves.
GRAPHICS FOR KLD PACKAGES
Forward images in vector or bitmap, .ai, .eps, .pdf, .tif or .jpg.
Images must have a minimum resolution of 300dpi (scanned
resolution, not resampled up from a lower resolution). Low
resolution .jpg files taken from the web are not acceptable.
The image size saved must be at least 3” x 3” and approx.
150K in size, black and white line art, NO Half-tone screens.
Provide the file via emal or cd to your Customer Service
Representative. Please make sure your PO number and
distributor name is referenced.
Please fax a copy of artwork if sent by e-mail.
2) Mechanical graphics of your medallion, watch dial, text
plate, and name tag will be faxed for approval prior to
proceeding with necessary production tooling.We will not
proceed without a signature of approval.The third and
subsequent revisions will be billed at $30.00 each.
3) Setup charges are based on receiving camera ready
artwork.A graphic charge of $50.00 will apply if camera ready
artwork is not received. Redraws by quotation.
4) All personalization must be supplied in typed form. If more
than 2 names, list has to be supplied in Excel (.xls) format .
5) Graphics prepared which do not result in a tooling order
within 45 days will be subject to a $50.00 charge.

R1) Watches or clocks not under warranty being returned for
repair are subject to $30.00 service charge, plus cost of parts.
CSI will provide a written quote approval required before we
will proceed with order.

CSI will not be held responsible for any damage or injurey that
may be caused by using our medallions on non-CSI items.
Medallion replacement due to logo change On certain items it
is possible to remove existing medallions.
Note Medallions on crystal and glassware cannot be replaced.

QUOTATIONS
All price quotes must be confirmed in writing to be valid;
otherwise, standard pricing will apply.
AVAILABILITY/BACK ORDERS
While Canadian Spirit makes every effort to maintain stock
of all items offered, this is not always possible due to
manufacturing issues. In the event that we are unable to
fulfill an order due to lack of stock, we will advise you and
make every attempt to ship as soon as possible. As always,
any time-frames provided are approximate and cannot be
guaranteed.A substitute of same or equal value is an option.
TRADEMARKS
All liabilities for the proper use of logos or trademarks rest
with the customer. Canadian Spirit assumes no liability for
trademark or copyright disputes.
